Many people really enjoy a nice cup of coffee, espresso or a latte.  Going to a barista every time you want one of these tasty drinks can get quite expensive.  If you only spend five dollars a day on a latte every day you are spending almost two thousand dollars a year on this drink.   This can rack up to quite a bit more if there is more than one person in the home who loves these types of drinks. An espresso maker in the home will cost you just a fraction of the yearly spending on these types of drinks.  If there are more than one person who is drinking these regularly you may want to consider a commercial espresso machine.  The reason for this is that they tend to last longer than the machines that are made for home use.

The others in your home who enjoy barista style drinks will also love being able to make their own drinks.  There are many good shops dedicated to the home brewer.  You can get the flavored syrups and all the ingredients needed to make your own drinks at most grocery stores these days.  They even sell espresso beans and gourmet coffee blends as well.

What you would spend on one bottle of flavoring, you would also spend one just one drink at the coffee shop you frequent.  You can have a fully loaded espresso shop at your own home for a fraction of the cost of having to purchase these drinks elsewhere.  Your expenditure may be all at once at first. When you are still making your coffee drinks from the same bottle of syrup in six months without having to spend another penny you will be thrilled.

For a decent commercial espresso machine that has all the bells and whistles you can pay a decent amount of money.  This is not thousands of dollars, however.  There are commercial espresso machines that cost just a fraction of that.  You do not need one that is connected to your water or anything like that.  Just a small espresso machine that is durable is all you really need.
