Many employers like to take care of their employees.  They understand that a happy employee is a productive employee.  These employers will go out of their way to do extra things to keep their employees happy.  Coffee is always offered to the employees free of charge to keep them going.  You can go one step further and offer your employees a commercial espresso machine for the office.

If you purchased an espresso maker for the office, then the trip to the local barista will not be necessary.  Your employees can simply make a latte when they are ready to have one.  There will be little waiting in line.  When you stagger out the times when the machine will be used, you do not have to worry about employees and supervisors stressing over the employee being late.

As the employer you may feel like this would be a large expenditure.  Not only do you have to purchase the espresso maker, but you may feel you need to purchase all the syrups and sundry items that are needed to make the drinks.  Well, you can do that if you are generous.  This is not a necessity though.

Your employees will be so appreciative of having the espresso maker in the office that they will not mind bringing in their own supplies for making their favorite drinks.  You can even mention that they money that they would spend in a week purchasing drinks from the barista can be spent on a months worth of espresso ingredients.

You will be a hero to your employees because you will be saving them money.  Your kindness will enable them to be less stressed over the time it takes to get their favorite espresso machine.  Not all employers are this generous with their employees.  They will be happier and as you know, happy employees are more productive.  You can keep your employees happy and productive by purchasing them a commercial espresso machine for their use in the office.
